This skillet is pre-seasoned with grape seed oil rather than a chemical non-stick coating. Grape seed oil is light, odourless and forms a smooth, naturally low-stick layer that will not peel or flake into your food — and it keeps improving every time you cook and re-oil the pan.

A Practical 28cm Cooking Surface

At 28cm across, this is the size that suits most everyday cooking: a whole fish, a batch of fried eggs, a family stir-fry or a pan of cornbread. The sloped walls let you toss and turn food with a spatula without it spilling over the rim.

Dual Pour Spouts for Clean Pouring

A pour spout is cast on both sides of the rim so both left- and right-handed cooks can tip off fat, oil or pan sauce neatly. Nothing runs down the outside of the pan onto the hob.

Cast Iron Assist Handle

A cast iron loop handle sits opposite the main handle, so a fully loaded skillet can be lifted safely with both hands — from hob to oven to table. Both handles are cast in one piece with the pan and have a hanging hole for wall or rail storage.

Induction Ready, Oven Safe to 260°C

The flat cast iron base works on gas, electric, ceramic and induction hobs, and the whole pan is oven safe up to 260°C (500°F), so you can sear on the hob and finish in the oven with the same skillet.
