The new product development process consists of five steps: 1. Creating sketches; 2. Creating precise 2D drawings; 3. Creating 3D drawings; 4. Developing molds; 5. Producing products. We will confirm each step with you to ensure the accuracy of new product development.

Sketch
Our design team will develop a preliminary sketch based on your concepts and requirements, allowing you to visualize the new product. After your confirmation and approval, we will move forward with the next stage of development.

2D Drawing
Based on the confirmed product sketch, our designers will develop a precise 2D technical drawing with accurate dimensions. The drawing will include multiple views, such as the front view and side view, providing a clearer visualization of the product structure, style, and overall design.

3D Drawing
Based on the confirmed 2D technical drawing, our designers will develop a 3D product model with realistic rendering. The 3D visualization will display the product with colors and LOGO applied, enabling you to clearly see the final appearance and overall design of the new product before production.

Mold Creation
Once the product design, dimensions, surface treatments, and other details are finally confirmed, we will begin the mold development process. If you would like to evaluate the sample before mass production, we can arrange shipment of the prototype sample for your review.
